For cons, I have a problem with your blue skin. The blue skin display on my S is different than your screenshot of your blog or forum. Have you any idea why?
What firmware version have you onboard now? I beleive you have one of the newer firmwares and to have the skins working properly you should downgrade using wice-sdboot. I made the Blue Skin more than 1 year ago and it was based on older firmwares. Anyway I'm not developing anymore wince skins as i moved to android and it already takes all my free time.

If it give you an error regarding bootloader mismatch you need to use the sdboot-wince tool to fuse the bootloader on the sdcard first and then copy the fw on it. Ciao ;.
